'First publication Friday's evenings 13-4-45. British official Photograph No. BU.3212. XC. Fall of Zutphen. Zutphen was captured by Canadian troops on April 7th after heavy fighting. In the town is a statue of Sir Philip Sidney, who died ther in 1587 fighting against the Spaniards in the Dutch- Spanish war. Picture shows: a local inhabitant of Zutphen telling the story of sir Philip to a british soldier.'
