He mentions repeatedly that we need to remember man's inhumanity to man. He discusses the Kurt Waldheim controversy, the problems in selecting defendents for his trial at Nuremberg, and slave labor in German big business. He regards laws, courts, and a system of effective enforcement as necessary to achieve a peaceful world.
