Records document virtually all aspects of CENTOS kitchens activities, including organizational structure, kitchen expenses, staffing, kitchen menu, food supplies, falsification of food supplies, unfair accusation of shortages, disinfection of the kitchens, coal supplies, and all elements of inspection tasks.
