This is Arpad Henney, Nom-de-guerre 'Hamory', former Hungarian General and Secretary of State in the Hungarian Government set up by the Nazi's during the war. He is now leader of the 'Arrow Cross' movement in Munich. This has strong anti-semitic and anti-democratic-capitalism leanings. The picture was made as he addressed a neo-nazi rally in Holzminden on October 24, 1955.
