Feliks Karczewski was born on May 20, 1908 in Duisburg, Germany. He was arrested in Markstadt [now Gmina Mieścisko, Poland], on May 5, 1940 and imprisoned in Dachau on May 9, 1940. He was given prisoner number 9131.
